OK, I'm going to do it. Going to experiment with growing real'ish potato's. Your typical Idaho big honkin baked potato doesn't grow here. I'm mostly experimenting; so I bought some Florida grown organic fingerling potatoes. Stealing one of each variety for planting; then roasting the remaining up for dinner.

They have been turned into seed potatoes and are setting in my office waiting for sprouts to appear.
