Blue Curled Dwarf Kale

Planted in NE garden in little cups with peat mix and white/blue stripe straws for id.  Also planted in a 8 section peat pot.  As well, pushed some seeds in the middle of the coleus growing in the front porch bed.  Now, which are which? 

Update 10/14 - the seeds I stuck in the potted plant on top the septic tank have sprouted
