Spinach, especially Bloomsdale Long Standing continues to challenge me. I got one seed out of six to germinate. Next time up, I'll use the wet coffee filter trick.

We've had forecasted extreme chill coming up middle the week, so I didn't want to put out a bunch of fragile seeds just to have them pop up and freeze.
